Construction Superintendent - (MA - Hybrid)

We have been in Business for over 30 years and has maintained employees for over 25 years . We are large asbestos and Demolition company that also performs General Construction while working with our established clients .Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the construction process from start to finish, from conceptualization through closeout. You will be expected to coordinate with subcontractors, other construction personnel, and the project owner to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while adhering to all applicable building codes and regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of all workCoordinate the selection and management of subcontractors for all aspects of the projectMonitor subcontractor and vendor performance to ensure quality of work and adherence to established budgetsConduct safety inspections and ensure all personnel, subcontractors, and vendors comply with OSHA requirementsResolve disputes between subcontractors and vendorsPrepare and submit construction documents including RFIs, SWPPP, and closeout documentationMaintain accurate records of project specs, progress, and costsEnsure all requirements, regulations, and codes are metProvide regular updates on the progress of the project to the project owner and other stakeholdersQualifications5+ years of experience in construction related to retail, healthcare, manufacturing, food service, or hospital projectsOSHA 30 certificationProficiency in MS Office and other construction management softwareStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and under pressureExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsBenefits401(k)Health insurancePaid time offEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
