Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager with a strong background in data center construction to oversee and manage our projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, addressing any issues or changes in scope.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with data center or mission critical facilities.Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, contracts, and regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
