Technical Sales Engineer - Process Analyzers

Our client, a leader in engineering solutions, is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer (Process Analyzers) to join their team. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving Analytical Service & Maintenance opportunities in the Texas and Gulf Coast regions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong expertise, business development acumen, and excellent relationship management skills, which will align successfully within the organization.   Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer - Process Analyzers Location: Houston, TX Base Salary: $170k-$180k/year   What's the Job? Develop and implement an Analytical Service Business Development Plan for the Gulf Coast. Identify and close Analytical Service & Maintenance opportunities, including systems relocation, installation, startup, and sample system design-build. Oversee Analytical Maintenance services, including monthly-quarterly PM, CGA, support contracts, supplemental maintenance, and emergency call-out support. Participate in field walks to define and validate scope for proposal development. Work with a variety of analyzer systems, including Emerson, Siemens, ABB, Yokogawa, ThermoElectric, SICK, and Teledyne analyzers, as well as associated sampling systems, bundles, heaters, and probes.   What's Needed? 10-20 years of experience in Process and Environmental Analytical Service and Maintenance. Proficiency with Process Analyzer and CEMS applications, including maintenance and service support. Hands-on experience with leading analyzer brands such as Emerson, Siemens, ABB, Yokogawa, ThermoElectric, SICK, and Teledyne. Strong understanding of sample systems, bundles, heaters, and probes. Experience developing and executing business development strategies.   What's in it for me?
