Account Executive

Our client, an independent insurance agency, is seeking an Account Executive to join their team. As an Account Executive you will be part of the commercial lines, supporting servicing and marketing needs of clients including developing underwriting submissions, comparing and analyzing quotes & negotiating policy terms and conditions. The ideal candidate will have Applied Epic, insurance designations and a property and casualty license which will align successfully in the organization.   Job Title: Account Executive Location: Livingston New Jersey Pay Range: $80,000 What's the Job? Max of 5 Gathering and analyzing of underwriting information (exposure basis/complete renewal applications, corresponding coverage needs, etc.) Comparison of Binders and policies to quoted coverage and underwriting information Process Premium Billing/Premium financing and Prepare, review and distribute Certificates of Insurance and Auto ID Cards Process, review and distribute endorsements Manage policy changes and documentation in Agency Management System What's Needed? Max of 5 Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Working Knowledge of Agency Management System Applied Systems or comparable (Applied EPIC preferred) Understanding of processes, procedures and timelines for new and renewal P&C business. Comprehensive understanding of property and casualty coverages. Strong analytical and Critical thinking Skills; Detail oriented.   What's in it for me?
