Trademark Paralegal Coordinator- On- site 2 Days 65k Responsible for development and implementation of firmwide paralegal-tailored training materials under the supervision of the Process Improvement Supervisor. Train paralegals in all aspects of their job, enabling them to assist with all correspondence and tasks needed by attorneys, clients and foreign associates Review, proofread, and/or edit existing training materials so complex ideas are more succinctly conveyed Host paralegal-wide training seminars on specific topics Must be able to develop and deliver in person, as well as eLearning, virtual training development, and video development Propose creative new ideas for ways of handling training processes and new paralegal hire onboarding Job Qualifications A minimum of 2 years' experience in the trademark group of a law firm or in-house, either as a paralegal or as part of a Learning & Development team (i.e. legal services training experience) Four-year college degree High level of proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet search engines Online trademark databases (like SAEGIS), IP trademark management database software (like Anaqua, CPi, WebTMS or the like), online document management systems, and/or billing software systems High level of attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment While the firm has adopted a hybrid work environment, this role requires a minimum of two days a week in the office.
