Technical BA- Trade Finance

Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Technical Business Analyst - Trade Finance to join their team. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be part of the dynamic team supporting Trade Finance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Technical Business Analyst - Trade Finance Location: New York, New York (On-site - 2x a week) Pay Range: $65+ per hour (based on experience) What's the Job? Collaborate with stakeholders to understand Trade Finance processes, pain points, and requirements. Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, use cases, and process flows. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to gather input and validate findings. Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement or system upgrades. Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of Trade Finance systems and solutions What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Trade Finance or a related domain. Experience with Trade Finance systems (Eximbills, etc.) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI). Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and software development life cycle (SDLC).
