Job Title: Commercial Glazier Project ManagerJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Glazier Project Manager to oversee and manage glazing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial glazing, project management, and team leadership. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Team Management: Lead and coordinate the project team, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, to ensure efficient project execution.Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Quality Control: Monitor project progress and quality, conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.Budget Management: Track project expenses, manage budgets, and prepare financial reports to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial glazing and project management.Skills:Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.BenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
