Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with a focus on Employment Counseling to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing expert legal advice and guidance on employment law matters, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on various employment law issues, including compliance and risk management.Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and handbooks.Provide legal counsel related to employee relations, workplace investigations, and discrimination claims.Assist in litigation related to employment disputes, including preparing legal documents and representing clients in court when necessary.Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in employment law to provide accurate recommendations.Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to support clients effectively.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and related legal principles.Experience in employment counseling or litigation is preferred.Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple priorities.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
