Established in 1945, FGM Architects serves PK-12 Education, Higher Education, Faith-based, Municipal, Public Safety and Recreation, Federal and Corporate clients from our offices in Texas, Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin, and Virginia.FGMA is seeking a Project Manager. Candidates should be eager to take on the following responsibilities and possess the skills and credentials listed below:Responsibilities:Coordinates all project efforts, contractual, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution to meet the project's goals and objectivesDevelops and understands contractual responsibilitiesActively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and internal and external (i.e. consultants) project team assignmentsServes as primary day-to-day contact with clients to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfactionAssists and participates in actively marketing the firm through responses to RFQs and RFPs and interviewsSkills and Credentials:10+ years of experienceClient-focused, well-organized and able to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsProfessional degree in architecture from an accredited programLEED accreditation preferredArchitectural licensure requiredJoin our team and enjoy a robust benefits package designed to support you both personally and professionally!
