Applicants for the VP position should possess an undergraduate degree in a relevant field, with a graduate degree or professional designations being an asset. A minimum of 7 years' experience in banking, financial institutions, or management consulting, with a focus on business risk, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of commercial, corporate, and investment banking products and services, as well as knowledge of the regulatory landscape and industry practices related to operational risk and business continuity management.
