If you resonate with the idea that "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another," you will fit right in with our dynamic.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Planning: Create and execute a data-driven marketing strategy to increase lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring every dollar is spent effectively to maximize ROI.Digital Marketing: Manage online presence, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, and social media channels. Plan and execute PPC, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns. Leverage analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-informed decisions.Content & Brand Management: Develop engaging content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials. Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials. Create promotional materials for sales support, including brochures, presentations, and videos.Local Marketing & Community Engagement: Foster partnerships with local businesses and community organizations. Work within the community to coordinate sponsorships, events, and community outreach programs. Maximize presence at trade shows and home improvement expos.Team Leadership: Manage relationships with external vendors, designers, and agencies. Lead and mentor a small marketing team, ensuring professional growth and accountability. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads for the sales team using paid and organic methods. Implement lead nurturing strategies to maximize all opportunities that are generated.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Is preferred (MBA is a plus). 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus).Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Facebook Ads, Go High Level, and similar tools..Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.Knowledge of the local market and customer base is highly desirable.Must understand social media, how it operates.
