The Licensed Real Estate Professionalt will be responsible for working closely with clients and helping them buy, sell, and rent properties. They'll need to assess clients' needs, preferences, and financial abilities, and propose solutions that suit them best. They'll also need to attend and host open houses and showings, network with potential clients, and be knowledgeable about the local real estate market.QualificationsExtensive knowledge of the real estate market and the legal aspects of property purchasing and leasingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, driven, and entrepreneurial in spiritAbility to build strong relationships with clients and close salesOrganizational skills and attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and work independentlyNo degree required but a Bachelor's degree or higher in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferredExperience using real estate databases and a strong online presence is a plusCurrent real estate license is required
