The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy of professional services, managing a team of project and delivery specialists, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. This role is highly customer-facing, requiring interaction with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, with a focus on overall customer success. The Vice President will also be tasked with leading a professional services sales team, overseeing the strategic planning and execution of the sales plan, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Applicants for the Vice President, Professional Services position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in delivering and selling consulting services, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving forecast accuracy. A background in consulting or enterprise software implementation, including experience in driving business and operational change, is highly valued.
