Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking the perfect provider to become our Clinic Director at our brand new Gameday Men's Health location in Germantown, Maryland - our innovative and outpatient clinic specializing in concierge men's health. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead a new practice dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based care while enjoying exceptional work-life balance. We schedule ample time for each patient visit and procedure.Streamlined EMR: Simple electronic medical records and prescribing tools to enhance efficiency.Comprehensive Training: Training provided to ensure clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Our board-certified medical director has 20 years of high-level academic medical and procedural experience and is a CLIA-certified laboratory director.Work Setting: Brand new outpatient clinic with built-in laboratory, lounge, office, and treatment roomsSchedule: Weekdays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (includes 1-hour lunch) subject to minor changesCompensation and Benefits:Pay: $60 - $80/hour (experience-based)Supplemental Pay: Bonus according to sales and reviews DEA registration, state license, and medical malpractice insurance paid 100% by the companyMonthly and yearly bonuses/commissions based on performanceLow liability work and high patient and provider satisfactionPotential Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off, dental insurance, vision insuranceCore Responsibilities:Serve as Clinic Director for brand new concierge medical clinic focused on men's health.Develop expert-level knowledge in medical management of conditions including obesity, late-onset hypogonadism, erectile dysfunction, vitamin supplementation, and future practice areas such as androgenic alopecia treatments and cosmetic neuromodulator therapies (Botox/Dysport).Deliver exceptional evidence-based therapies including hormone therapy, ED treatments, preventive medicine, weight management, and aesthetic treatments without high-pressure sales. Perform and develop proficiency in symptom and laboratory interpretation, subcutaneous and intramuscular injections, Protein Rich Plasma injections, and aesthetic procedures.Perform and develop proficiency in various specialized treatments, including Gainswave, P-Shot, and Trimix injections. Training provided. Manage daily clinic operations as Clinic Director, supervising a small team and directly report to the supervising Medical Director.Contribute to business development, marketing, and practice growth while maintaining a patient-centered approach.Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.Maintain clinic census goals and deliver continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.Qualifications:Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least 2 years of clinical experience.Strong leadership and organizational skills. Commitment to providing evidence-based care with a concierge approach.Existing competency in subcutaneous and intramuscular injections.Willingness and ability to learn and perform injections and sterile injection procedures.Ideal candidate has experience in men's health, urology, endocrinology, aesthetics, and/or business/sales.Outgoing, empathetic, and friendly personality with ability to teach patients complex medicine in simple terms.
