The successful candidate will work closely with the CMO, CEO, and Executive Leadership Team to develop and execute strategic initiatives, translating high-level goals into actionable objectives. This role involves supporting executive decision-making, managing key programs, driving organizational improvements, and addressing skill gaps to enhance processes and productivity. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for facilitating cross-departmental communication, preparing executive-level reports, and ensuring the quality and consistency of deliverables across the marketing organization.
