The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in functional and people management, as well as experience in leading global clinical trials. In-depth knowledge of GCP, ICH, and the drug development process is essential. The role requires exceptional project management, leadership, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to make strategic decisions and manage risk.
