This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in data analysis, sales performance, and data visualization. The Sales Analyst will be responsible for quickly gathering, analyzing, and interpreting sales data from multiple sources, providing actionable insights to drive business strategy, and presenting findings to key collaborators in a clear and impactful manner.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and interpret large, complex sales data sets from various internal and external sources.Develop and maintain detailed sales performance reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key business metrics and key performance metrics.Present data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.Create blinded reports and dashboards that are easily understandable and provide actionable insights, ensuring a high standard of data presentation.Work under tight deadlines, prioritizing multiple data requests and projects while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities from data to support forecasting and sales strategy development.Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in sales data analysis.Qualifications:Certification in Power BI, Tableau, and/or other data visualization tools (e.g., QlikView, Domo, Looker) is required.Proven experience as a Sales Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst, with a focus on sales and performance analytics.Strong portfolio showcasing the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise, and visually appealing way.Expertise in data visualization and advanced reporting, with a deep understanding of standard methodologies in presenting data to diverse collaborators.Experience working with large datasets across multiple platforms and the ability to merge, analyze, and interpret complex data.Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros; experience with SQL or other database query languages is a plus.Strong knowledge of Salesforce is requiredDemonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences (technical and non-technical).Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify insights from data and provide actionable recommendations.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.3+ years' experience with predictive analytics or machine learning models for sales forecastingKnowledge of brand marketing, custom research and measurement a plusWhat's in it for youWe provide a highly competitive benefits package!Medical plans with comprehensive, affordable coverage for a range of health servicesHealth Savings Account/FSADental, Vision and benefits to cover unique healthcare needsWellness Program401k with matchingTuition Reimbursement, Commuter benefitsUnlimited PTOAt Kantar we have an integrated way of rewarding our people based around a simple, clear and consistent set of principles.
