About The CompanyOur client, one of the fastest-growing asset managers focused on credit and private equity, is looking to hire a Vice President to join their finance team. This role will be dynamic in nature responsible for the preparation of monthly return estimates and reporting, investor NAV statements, and oversight for the various investment products and businesses.ResponsibilitiesMonthly work with fund administrator to review final NAV tie out for Funds and SPVsMonthly preparation of return estimatesEntry of accounting data into accounting system and ensuring internal books and records are maintained parallel to the administratorManagement and pricing of SPV entitiesMonthly preparation of management reports and client reportsPreparation of ad hoc investor or marketing related requestsBalance sheet and income statement analyticsOngoing review of various processes to evaluate consistency and establish control/process enhancementsManagement of new entity creations; work with external legal counsel, create new entities in Geneva, and maintain internal recordsRequirementsBachelor's degree in accounting2-5 years experience in fund accounting and public accountingCPA requiredSalary Range$100,000 - $150,000
