Hours: 8:00PM-6:00AM Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Adhere to Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies • Ability to troubleshoot & repair all machinery and systems and Tooling (Electrical and Mechanical) • Follows detailed blueprints, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics. • Uses test equipment, shop tools, and other shop equipment as well as considerable discretion to determine the proper repairs and procedures to correct machine malfunctions. • Maintains facility control systems, i.e., fire support valves & shut off, sprinklers/alarm system, conduct building inspections and audits. • Performs scheduled predictive and preventive maintenance operations to help prevent excessive down time, utilizing eMaint CMMS program. • Manage and/or repairs all plant support equipment such as hoists, overhead cranes, automatic sweeper, HVAC system, interior and exterior lighting and electrical, plumbing and maintenance to exterior property. • Operates fork-lift, man-lift, scissor lift and other equipment required to perform the job whenever necessary. • Detects and reports faulty operation of equipment, defective materials, and unusual conditions to assigned supervisor. Utilizes the eMaint CMMS program for this task by processing work orders. • Identifies required repair parts, searches for suitable suppliers, and orders parts when authorized to do so by supervision. • Willing to attend training courses either on or off site • Must be able to work independently, follow through and complete tasks, and handle a multitask workload • Maintains accurate maintenance records Qualification/Competencies/Position Requirements: • Ability to identify OSHA compliance issues and control hazards. • Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft office products, and other business software/systems. Experience with eMaint CMMS program preferred. • Ability to multi-task, work prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work overtime as required. Education and Experience: • Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance with 3 years' experience or 10 years' experience in a manufacturing environment • Strong computer background • Self-motivated.
