The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of enterprise Regional Directors and Account Executives, with a focus on driving new business acquisition and expanding existing customer relationships. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in enterprise PaaS/SaaS sales, at least 5 years of experience in managing strategic and large enterprise account executives, and a strong history of quota attainment. The Regional Vice President will be expected to develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain strong client relationships, and navigate complex sales processes, including large deal negotiations. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer-facing skills, be adept at engaging with executives, and have experience in a high-growth business environment. Applicants for the Regional Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in a managing, director, or VP role in enterprise PaaS/SaaS sales, with a focus on the East Coast region. The role demands a leader who can drive team performance, ensure sales targets are met, and contribute to the company's success in a high-growth environment. Key qualifications include a proven ability to build, hire, and scale large enterprise sales teams, as well as experience in GTM transitions and new product introductions.
