The successful candidate will be a deeply technical product leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS growth, particularly in the scale-up stage. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth and success, with a focus on strategic product leadership, execution excellence, and customer-centric growth. The VP of Product will be responsible for owning and developing the product roadmap, working cross-functionally to deliver high-impact products, and ensuring that the products leverage AI and automation capabilities. They will also be tasked with launching a new AI-native product line, advancing the existing offering, and establishing processes to optimize product ROI. Candidates for the VP of Product position at the company should have a proven track record in scaling multi-product B2B SaaS businesses and leading product organizations in fast-growing, global companies. Technical leadership is essential, with a deep understanding of AI/ML, agent-based systems, and cloud-native architectures. While not mandatory, experience in the healthcare industry is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader, passionate about building category-defining solutions, and motivated to impact care delivery. They should be adept at managing cross-functional teams, recruiting and retaining top talent, and have a strong executive presence.
