Lead Specialist, Transitions & OPEX

We are seeking motivated individuals for a Lead Transitional Specialist, Transitions & OPEX position, which is a critical role in driving our success. In this role, you will provide onsite support to assigned accounts during initial and restart transitions. As a subject matter expert (SME) in our operational systems and processes, you will leverage playbooks to enhance service delivery and facilitate the account team's assimilation and acclimation to the ABM Way. Act as a subject matter expert on operational systems and processes, guiding teams through the transition phases. Utilize playbooks to drive effective service delivery and ensure adherence to the ABM Way. Collaborate closely with account teams to help them acclimate to new processes and standards. Monitor and evaluate the transition process, identifying areas for improvement and offering actionable insights. Deliver training and support to team members, fostering a culture of learning and adaptability. Document feedback and lessons learned to enhance future transitions and playbook effectiveness. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Previous experience in a transitional support role or similar position is highly desirable. Strong understanding of operational systems and processes, with a focus on service delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams. Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and work collaboratively in a team setting. Willingness to travel to various account locations as needed, at least 3+ weeks per month.   Preferred Qualifications: Degree in business, operations, or engineering a plus Experience participating in large scale projects and/or startups in both new construction phase, greenfield manufacturing sites and long-established sites Knowledge of the ABM Way of starting new multi-service accounts is a plus Experience in performing or coordinating hard services preventative and corrective maintenance is a plus Experience in performing or coordinating clean room janitorial services is a plus Strong execution and multitasking skills, especially in newly formed teams and ambiguous, rapidly changing environments Relationship building and ability to navigate complex situations and conflict and handle tight deadlines with composure Process and standardization certifications and training (lean, kaizen, etc.) #400 About Us ABM (NYSE: ABM) is one of the world's largest providers of facility services and solutions.
