This role involves coaching leadership on various HR processes, maintaining positive labor relations, and representing management in labor matters. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and a proven track record in HR roles. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Key responsibilities for the People & Culture Business Partner include performance management, talent review, succession planning, and change management. The role also requires the administration of HR programs, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The candidate will be the primary contact for employee relations, manage special projects, and facilitate training sessions. A proactive approach to fostering a positive work environment and continuous process improvement is expected.
