This role involves close collaboration with the President and provides oversight of various financial and administrative functions, including the controller, student accounts, accounts payable, human resources, and other campus operations. The Vice President will also serve on the Executive Cabinet, prepare and present financial reports to the Board of Trustees, and ensure compliance with HR and Title IX regulations. Applicants for the Vice President of Business and Finance position at the company should be committed, active members of a Southern Baptist church, with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and a strong background in budget planning, forecasting, accounting, endowments, cash monitoring, and human resources.
