The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive HR strategy that meets the current business needs and paves the way for long-term, scalable growth. This role encompasses a wide range of functions, including HR strategy, organization design, talent management, employee development, cultural transformation, safety, and employee engagement. The VP of HR will work closely with the executive leadership team to ensure that HR initiatives align with the organization's goals and will lead a team of HR professionals across multiple locations. The ideal candidate for the VP of HR position at the company will be a strategic thinker, a collaborative and inspirational leader, a change management expert, and a results-driven professional with a strong business acumen. They should have a proven track record of connecting HR strategies to organizational goals and delivering measurable results. A Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred. The role demands a trusted partner who is a performance coach and talent developer, with a strong background in employee relations and at least 10-15 years' of progressive HR leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years' as a people manager.
