The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role also involves supporting the CEO in the development and execution of strategic plans, monitoring key performance indicators, and working with department heads to ensure alignment with the company's mission and goals. The Chief of Staff / Project Manager will act as a bridge between the executive team and different departments, facilitating communication, and managing key projects to ensure the company's objectives are met. Applicants for the Chief of Staff / Project Manager position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, in a relevant field. A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, healthcare administration, or a related field is required, with prior experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred. The role demands strong project management skills, proficiency in project management tools, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines, as well as strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
