Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA in Accounting or Finance preferred, and at least 15 years of related experience, including a minimum of 10 years in management, with a focus on international financial management. The role requires a candidate with a strong alignment to the mission and vision of the organization, proven supervisory skills, and a track record of continuous improvement. Essential qualifications include a deep understanding of GAAP, CPA certification, and experience in global fiscal management, INGO industry, and US government financial practices. The ideal candidate will also have a background in mortgage concepts, international investment funds, and experience as a global VP of Finance or CFO. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to influence senior management and lead significant change.
