A strong background in local and state political environments, community advocacy, and a proven track record in public policy and alliance advocacy is essential. Key qualifications for the role include a deep understanding of the evolving technology landscape, the ability to build and lead a high-performing team, and a history of success in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to represent the company with public policy stakeholders at all levels, and experience in grassroots campaigns to support business objectives. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with over 15 years of relevant work experience.
