The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of strategic positioning and managing the delivery of linear and digital revenue goals for the entertainment division. This role requires a deep understanding of the competitive marketplace, content priorities, and sales strategies to drive revenue opportunities. The VP will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, planning, data, finance, brand partnerships, marketing, and streaming, to ensure alignment with the full portfolio of products and platforms. Key responsibilities include the development of sales brand metrics, reporting, and analysis, as well as the ability to effectively communicate strategies and suggest creative packaging to meet revenue targets. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a television ad sales function, media/creative agency, or corporate strategy/business development, with at least 5 years in linear television multi-platform sales strategy/analysis or sales. The role demands a candidate with a strong network within the ad sales business community, a proven track record of achieving goals, and the ability to influence and collaborate across functions. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator, possess exceptional influencing skills, and have a strategic approach to media. Strong project management, organizational skills, and the ability to work with various internal reporting systems are essential. The position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office, and the company is an equal-opportunity employer.
