The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes on a global scale. This role is pivotal in providing the executive team with critical insights and analyses to support strategic decision-making, drive growth plans, and enhance productivity and profitability. The VP will also be heavily involved in business transformation, M&A, and strategic initiatives, and will lead a high-performing global team to ensure financial targets are met and aligned with the company's goals and values. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in FP&A or finance, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within a global organization. Strong expertise in financial modeling, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting is essential, as is experience in the manufacturing or CPG industry. The role requires advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, particularly SAP and Oracle, and a proven track record of leading and developing global teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, strategic, and analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
