This pivotal role involves leading the early development portfolio for key assets, representing oncology clinical development to various stakeholders, including executive leadership and global regulatory agencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and translating oncology development program strategies into the design and implementation of clinical studies, ensuring scientific rigor, and driving the timely execution of multiple assets and studies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including regulatory leaders, is essential to support regulatory interactions and develop strategies. The role also includes mentoring and supervising a team to build a highly skilled, diverse, and inclusive workforce. Candidates for this role at the company should have an MD or DO from an accredited medical school, with a strong background in industry or academic research, and a proven track record of managerial experience. Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees such as PhD or MBBS, and board certification in oncology or hematology.
