The successful candidate will serve as the primary client contact for commercial risk solutions, with a focus on major law firms, accounting firms, and consulting firms. This role involves proactively coordinating the renewal cycle, preparing and presenting renewal strategies, and recommending additional products and services to clients. The Vice President will also be responsible for binding renewal coverage, monitoring claims activities, and engaging with local and global resources to ensure seamless client service. The position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong technical knowledge of property and casualty insurance, and the ability to lead the negotiation of insurance placements. Applicants for the Vice President - Professional Services (Property & Casualty) role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in property and casualty insurance, with a preference for those holding a CPCU designation and/or MBA. The role demands a candidate with a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Experience in international or global programs is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player, with a high emotional IQ, and a proven track record of mentoring and training others. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a New York P&C Brokers License is necessary or must be secured immediately upon acceptance.
