The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in international education, responsible for the academic, programmatic, administrative, and fiscal leadership of the Institute. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of a clear strategic plan that aligns with the company's goals, promoting global engagement opportunities, and enhancing the internationalization of the campus and community. The AVP will also be tasked with building and sustaining international partnerships, supporting a diverse population of international students, scholars, and alumni, and leading initiatives to enhance international student recruitment and retention. Applicants for the Associate Vice President position should have an earned graduate degree, with a preference for a doctoral or terminal degree, and at least 5 years' of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a college or university setting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building a thriving international student body, developing global partnerships, and contributing to the success of international students.
