The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership across multiple people functions, with a focus on enhancing organizational performance, the colleague experience, and business strategies. This role involves designing and leading enterprise-wide Centers of Excellence, serving as a strategic HR business partner with senior executive leaders, and driving large-scale change transformation within the HR function. The Vice President will also be tasked with overseeing HR business partnering, talent management, and talent acquisition, ensuring that HR initiatives are in alignment with the company's goals and that the organization is a top choice for diverse, inclusive, and talented professionals. Applicants for the Vice President, Human Resources position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in strategic HR leadership roles. The role requires a proven track record in leading and developing senior HR professionals, as well as experience in leading large-scale change and delivering scaled people programs. The ideal candidate will have a strategic and visionary approach, the ability to build collaborative relationships, and strong communication skills. A Master's degree, HR certification, and experience in a healthcare or health plan environment are preferred.
