The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and continuously elevating the business model, crafting a strategic vision for finance and administration that aligns with the mission, and providing financial leadership that supports the organization's overall strategy and operational objectives. This role involves leading and engaging in growth strategies, acquisition, and expansion initiatives, as well as developing and presenting clear and impactful financial reports and communications. The Head of Finance will also be tasked with analyzing financial implications, offering strategic recommendations, and ensuring the organization maintains a balanced budget. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' accounting and finance experience, with at least 5 years in senior-level financial management roles. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a CPA and/or Master's degree. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enhancing and transforming finance and accounting functions, as well as experience in fund accounting. They must be adept at driving change, optimizing financial resources, and be skilled in financial planning and analysis. The role requires a leader who is proficient in GAAP, MS Office, and financial reporting software, and who can effectively mentor and support the professional development of their team.
