The Chief Member Advocacy and Engagement Officer will also be responsible for community activation, leading regionalized collective action strategies, and ensuring that the organization's efforts are responsive to the needs and feedback of its members. Applicants for the Chief Member Advocacy and Engagement Officer position at the company should have at least 12 years of experience in policy, advocacy, community building, or systems leadership, with a strong belief in the ability of public charter schools to prepare all students for success.
