The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of legal matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, labor and employment, data governance, privacy incident management, and cybersecurity. This role requires a seasoned legal professional with a US-based law degree, a minimum of 20 years of legal experience, and a proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams. The General Counsel will also be involved in assessing and managing legal risks, developing proactive legal strategies, and ensuring the company's operations are in compliance with all legal requirements.
