The VP & General Counsel will be an integral part of the leadership team, working closely with executive leadership to achieve strategic objectives in a legally compliant manner. Applicants for the VP & General Counsel position at the company should have a Juris Doctor degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate, transaction, contract, and regulatory law, with a strong preference for direct experience in health insurance and managed care. The role requires excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
