The CMO will play a pivotal role in the leadership, direction, and strategy of the clinical enterprise, with a strong focus on clinical care, quality improvement, and patient safety. This full-time position involves approximately 30% administrative responsibilities and 70% clinical patient care. The successful candidate will be a champion for clinical excellence, drive innovation, and ensure the delivery of quality services to all patients. Key responsibilities include advancing physician engagement, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. To excel in this role, candidates must have a medical degree (MD or DO), with a preference for an advanced degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or public health. A minimum of 5 years' recent, post-graduate clinical experience, with a significant focus on quality, safety, performance improvement, and patient experience, is required. The CMO will also be responsible for the clinical activity of staff, serve as a liaison between medical staff and administration, and represent the company in the community. Strong leadership skills, a passion for high-quality healthcare, and a proven track record as a successful physician leader are essential.
