The role demands a strong background in operational risk management, with a preference for at least 15 years of experience in financial services, particularly in risk management, audit, compliance, or business/operational roles with a risk management component. Experience in the retirement industry, including familiarity with defined contribution and defined benefit plans, is a significant plus.
