The successful candidate will be responsible for long-range academic planning, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, and ensuring resource optimization. Key duties include establishing educational priorities, maintaining oversight of instructional programs, and working closely with state-wide committees and accreditation bodies. The Vice President will also lead efforts to secure external resources, prepare budgets, and submit required reports to various agencies. Applicants for the Vice President for Instruction position at the company must have an earned doctorate from an accredited institution, a minimum of 4 years' leadership experience at the post-secondary level, and a minimum of 3 years' teaching experience at the post-secondary level.
