The CFO will be the most senior member of the Finance Team on site, with a key role in leading the financial operations of the respective site. This includes directing financial activities, providing guidance on various financial matters, and seeking opportunities for improvement. The successful candidate will collaborate with hospital executive teams, chief admin officers, and nursing leadership to achieve financial goals. Responsibilities also include managing market statistical reporting, budgeting, and recommending strategies based on financial, accounting, and industry trends. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable job-specific experience, including 2 years in a leadership/management role, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience, including 2 years in a leadership/management role. While not mandatory, a hospital-specific background is highly preferred. The role requires a strategic thinker who can plan and coordinate financial resources for departmental services. The CFO will be expected to have a strong understanding of expense management, productivity, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and capital planning.
