The ideal candidate should have a background in property management, with a focus on financial acumen, and be familiar with the local market. Experience with industry-specific operating platforms is a plus. Key responsibilities for the Regional Vice President include recruiting, training, and supervising business managers and on-site teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. The role requires a hands-on approach, including regular property visits, and the ability to forecast and manage budgets effectively. The candidate should be a strong leader, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with a diverse team. A minimum of 3 years' of successful management experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license are required, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree and multi-site experience.
