The successful candidate will be responsible for managing revenue recognition policies, including EAC policy, and ensuring the harmonization of revenue recognition processes across the organization. The Executive Director, Assistant Controller will also be involved in setting accounting policies, designing and implementing automation of revenue recognition processes, and improving procedures and internal controls. Collaboration with the broader finance team and business partners such as compliance, legal, IT, and contracts is essential. Applicants for this position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, a CPA license, and a proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role demands a leader with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, who can build and maintain strong relationships across the organization. Experience with inter/intracompany transactions, elimination entries, and systems such as Infinium, JAMIS, IFS, Kyriba, or Ultipro is a plus.
