The CFOO will be responsible for the financial and operational direction and oversight of the institution, working closely with the Board of Trustees, faculty, and staff to develop and implement key financial initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the factors that impact an institution's financial strength and long-term sustainability. The CFOO will also serve as a trusted advisor, providing in-depth analysis and strategic recommendations to ensure the continued long-term sustainability of the institution. The successful candidate will manage the school's financial practices, short and long-term financial planning, and investment strategies with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance. The CFOO will lead the Business Office staff, the Director of Facilities and Plant Operations, and oversee outsourced contracts for security and food service. The ideal candidate will be an experienced business and financial leader, capable of structuring a dedicated staff to achieve the institution's business and operational goals. This is a full-time, on-site position, and the CFOO will be a key member of the senior leadership team, contributing to the institution's mission and values.
