The ideal CTO for this role will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years specifically in blockchain or DeFi. They should have a proven track record in building scalable protocols, with expertise in EVM Chains, Solidity, and smart contracts, and experience in leading teams to develop mobile-first applications. Strong communication skills, the ability to translate complex technical concepts, a creative mindset, and a passion for using technology to solve real-world challenges are essential.
