Key responsibilities include delivering on revenue, sales leadership, business and partner development, marketing collaboration, revenue forecasting and reporting, sales process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and staying abreast of industry and government trends. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A results-driven mindset, experience in selling software as a service, and a strong background in sales and marketing principles are essential. The role also requires excellent leadership and people management abilities, strong strategic thinking, and analytical skills. Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools, as well as experience in revenue forecasting models, is necessary. The candidate should be an exceptional problem-solver, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
