The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a Total Rewards strategy that supports the organization's global business growth. This role requires a strategic leader with a passion for driving the Employee Value Proposition, particularly in the areas of benefits, compensation, recognition, and well-being strategy. The VP will lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge Total Rewards programs, ensuring they are aligned with the company's values and culture. Operational excellence is key, including building and scaling TR capabilities, and fostering a culture that values Total Rewards as an essential element of the employee experience. Key requirements for the role include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years' experience in leading total rewards strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global compensation and benefit practices, and a proven track record of delivering results in this area. They should be adept at working with business leaders to understand their needs and align the Total Rewards strategy accordingly. The role demands a leader with high integrity, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. The VP will also be expected to partner with C-suite executives and the Board of Directors on strategic plans for executive compensation and to ensure alignment between performance management and pay programs.
