The COO will be a key leader, responsible for the oversight of daily operations, and ensuring the implementation of the organization's strategic vision. The successful candidate will be adept at operational and financial management, and will work closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and funding requirements. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, nonprofit management, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in operational leadership, particularly within the nonprofit sector, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and scaling operations, strong leadership and people management skills, and a deep commitment to the organization's mission.
