The successful candidate will be responsible for driving key risk initiatives and partnering with stakeholders across various functions to enhance risk processes, strategy, technology, and resourcing. This role involves leading risk strategies and key risk processes, developing enhanced risk controls, and collaborating with technology stakeholders to support risk technology deliveries. The candidate will also be involved in ad-hoc risk initiatives, process enhancement, and supporting the Global Risk COO in business management, financial management, and human capital initiatives. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 10 years experience in COO and/or project management, preferably within a financial services risk management department.
